In this episode, the year is 1968. Mavis, 3-months pregnant, suffers major injuries in an automobile accident, loses the baby weeks later. Years later around 1995, Mavis undergoes surgery and while at home in bed, she is visited by “the light” that her aunt Caroline and Daisy had warned her of many years before.
