Food Handlers Class

Food Handlers Training Class held on June 23rd had a total of 14 people who attended, and all passed. TERO has another class scheduled for Thursday, July 14th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A Food Handler’s Permit Is Required for all Food Vendors for All Summer Food Events, Including Sovereign Day. There is a Free Online Course at www.ihs.gov/foodhandler available to get your Food Handler’s Permit.
Call Penny at TERO to sign up. (530) 625-4211 ext. 162. If you cannot attend the July class, one more will be scheduled in early August so you can be certified to do a food booth before Sovereign Day.
