HEALTHY COOKING CLASS

K’ima:w Medical Center’s Diabetes Prevention and Management Program offers a Healthy Alternative Cooking Class at the diabetes Center Kitchen, every other Friday from 12pm. to 1pm. hosted by Tracey Ramone and Kee-Yah’ Joseph:
January 27th, they will be cooking Spicy Black Beans and Mango Peppers Each class will feature a live cooking demonstration using healthy recipes, showing portioning and healthy alternatives.
