NO COVID-19 Testing 1/28

Due to the weather, Optum Testing services has cancelled the FREE COVID-19 testing event on Thursday, January 28th ONLY. They will resume testing in Downtown Hoopa, next Thursday, February 4th at the Tsewendaldin Inn from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
All who wish to receive a test at this clinic are strongly encouraged to PRE-REGISTER at h-t-t-p-s [colon] [slash-slash] L-H-I [dot] care [slash] start – all lower case. Make sure to select the Hoopa testing site. You do not have to be a K’ima:w Medical Center patient to receive a test. This open clinic is a collaborative effort coordinated by Humboldt County OES and Department of Public Health, K’ima:w Medical Center and Hoopa OES.
Those with symptoms are encouraged to test sooner at K’ima:w Medical Center by calling 625-4261 ext 0218.
If you have pre-registered for to receive a test on January 28th, Optum Testing will get a hold of you to reschedule your test for February 4th. Call the Hoopa OES Hotline, at (707) 630-7571, anytime between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and they’d be happy to assist you.
