Tribal Aid to Needy Families: Offering Limited Services
Due to the COVID·19, the Hoopa Tribal TANF Program will be operating on limited services effective immediately.
Consumers in the Family Services Program will continue to receive their cash aid checks via mail. All paperwork is to be mailed into the office in the prepaid envelope provided. Supportive Services will continue to occur. Recertification paperwork may be mailed in. Home visits and drug tests will not occur until further notice. Subsidized participants in the Employment and Training program are to follow each sites directive from their Supervisor.
Projects will no longer be providing services until further notice.
Substance Abuse counseling will no longer be occurring in a group setting. A Counselor is available via phone for one-on-one support.
TANF Administration will continue to be available to ensure services are not disrupted.
