Diabetes Cooking Class

KMC Diabetes Management and Prevention Cooking Classes
- This class will teach proportioning and healthy substitutes to use for diabetes prevention. A new menu every Friday, today Spice Black Beans and Mango Peppers
- Live action cooking demonstration
- Classes are held every 1st and 3rd Friday at noon in the KMC Diabetes Center Kitchen. Please reserve a space, 530-625-4261 ext 0262
- Please join us at noon on these Fridays to learn a new way of cooking for the management and prevention of diabetes
