KMC Diabetes Management Prevention Cooking Classes
- This class will teach proportioning and healthy substitutes to use for diabetes prevention. A new menu every Friday, todays Spicy Black Beans and Mango Peppers.
- Live action cooking demonstration.
- Classes Held Every 1st and 3rd Friday at Noon in the KMC Diabetes Prevention Center Kitchen. Please reserve space (530) 625-4261.0262
