Back to School Vaccination Clinic

Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District is offering a Back-to-School Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, October 3rd from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the KTJUSD Wellness Center.
Vaccinations are required for children entering Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 7th and 11th grades and/or if enrolling in school for the first time. No appointment is required.
Eligible School-Age Children are Native American or Alaskan heritage; or Uninsured/No Insurance or Underinsured (Has insurance, but vaccinations are not covered; insurance only covers selected vaccines; insurance does not provide first dollar coverage; or co-payment required) or Has Partnership Insurance.

Notes: Vaccines available: D-TAP, T-DAP, MMR, POLIO, HEP-B, Varicella, HPV, COVID-19 and Flu vaccine for children and adults.
