In this Friday Edition we hear from the Vineyard Offshore team discussing their proposed project for offshore wind generation. In this presentation they provide technical information and their attempts to assist local area populations with career opportunities that support this future development. They will host two public sessions today. At 12 noon to 1 pm they will meet with gathered Elders at the K’ima:w Senior Center on Loop Rd, Hoopa. Later that evening from 5:30 to 7:30PM they will host a larger community meeting in the VFW Hall in Willow Creek.
