He then opens the floor to the listed Constitutional Amendments. Danny Jordan addresses the Marijuana plan, comments on Hoopa life expectancy, asks about Budget deficit, and Fentanyl. Lois Risling, addresses Extended Council Terms as does Cherie Carpenter, Danny Jordan, and Joseph Orozco. Sally Slater asks about a disaster plan. Councilman Joe Marshall and Danny Jordan respond. Gina Saxon asks about Tribal resources. Mary Benedict comments on, Councilmember personal liability. Danny Jordan, responds. Rhonda Bigovich adds more comments about Enrollment. We break for LUNCH.
