Community Warriors for Change June Meeting

Niwho:n Community Warriors for Change Coalition will have their June Meeting on Monday, June 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Hoopa Valley Boys and Girls Club in Midtown Hoopa.
They are excited for their first In-Person monthly Meeting, where the community can work together and address the opioid epidemic in the Hoopa Valley. Please feel free to invite others to discuss important topics related to opioids, substance use, recovery, and community solutions!
Guest Speakers include Hoopa Valley Chief of Police Rolando Ramos and K’ima:w Medical Center Pharmacy Director Dogim Toddesse. And the Coalition Coordinator will also be sharing a slide show presentation of data collected from KMC Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs. Along with the data collected from the California Overdose Surveillance Dashboard for Humboldt County. And an update on data collected from the Humboldt County’s Coroner’s Office.
