COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Event
September 9, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Today in downtown Hoopa at the Food Distribution parking Lot A COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Event will be held from 12 noon to 4 PM.
PFIZER:
Eligibility Requirements: Must be 12 years of age or older and a registered KMC patient. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
MODERNA:
Eligibility Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and a registered KMC patient.

PFIZER VACCINE CLINIC SCHEDULE (Ages 12 and Older)
1ST DOSE Thursday, September 9 at HVT Food Distribution 2ND DOSE Thursday, September 30 at Kimaw Medical Center
MODERNA VACCINE CLINIC SCHEDULE (Ages 18 and Older) 1ST Doze Thursday, September 9th at HVT Food Distribution 2nd Dose Thursday, October 7th at Kimaw Medical Center
