DIABETES COOKING CLASS

KMC Diabetes Prevention And Management cooking class
- This class will teach proportioning and healthy substitutes to use for diabetes prevention. A new menu every Friday, today – Turkey Chili Beans
- Live action cooking demonstration. Please reserve a space, 530-625-4261 ext 0262
- Classes are held every 1st and 3rd Friday at noon in the KMC Diabetes Center Kitchen
- Please join us at noon on these Fridays to learn a new way of cooking for the management and prevention of diabetes
