Elk Horn Carving

Learn how to carve Elk Horn jewelry or purses by Dr. George “Pordie” Blake today at the TANF Center, highway 96.
Classes are open to Native Americans and their dependents residing in Hoopa, California. Must be at 15 years of age or older, complete a TANF project application and waiver form for final approval. Class size is limited to 30 people on a first come first serve basis. Pick up an application form at the Center or the TANF Main Office, or contact debroah McConnell, TANF Project Coordinator at 530-625-4571 or debroah.mcconnell@hoopatanf.com for more information.
Hours run 9:00 to 12:00 and again at 1:00 to 5:00pm
