HVTC: Council Meeting Agenda Deadline

The Deadline to submit Agenda Requests for the Thursday, June 3rd Tribal Council Meeting is Friday, May 28th at 5:00 pm. Agenda Requests may be submitted via email to hvtcsecretary@hoopa-nsn. gov. Sponsorship of agenda items by Council Members and concurrence of departments it pertains to will be accepted via telephone as long as it is noted on the form with date and time. In addition, all Agenda Requests must be accompanied by an Executive Summary completed by the Program Manager and routed for concurrence of departments it pertains to, Prior to the submission of the Executive Summary.
