HVTC: Next Mtg Agenda Request Deadline

The deadline for Agenda Requests for the May 6th Tribal Council Meeting is Friday, April 30th at 5pm.
Agenda Requests may be submitted via email lo hvtcsecretarv@hoopa-nsn.gov. Sponsorship of agenda items by Council Members and concurrence of departments it pertains to will be accepted via telephone as long as it’s noted on the form with date and time.
In addition, all agenda requests must be accompanied by an Executive Summary completed by the program manager, and routed for concurrence to the departments it pertains to. This must be done prior to submission to the Executive Secretary.
