HWY 96 CLOSURE TIMES

TODAY AUGUST 30TH, 2023
To ensure that fire personal are able to get to their incidents in a timely manner, Hwy 96 will be CLOSED twice a day. The closure will take place from 8:00am to 9:00am and 6:30pm to 8:00pm daily until further notice. The closure will be from 4.9 miles east of Seiad Valley to 5.7 miles east of Scott River Road.
Caltrans appreciates your patience as they continue to work with Emergency Responders to ensure that the proper resources can respond to the fire lines every day. One-way traffic controller stays in place at all other times. Delays will be up to 15 minutes.
