Kimaw Outreach Elders survey

The Kimaw Outreach Department understands many elders filled out an Elders’ Needs Assessment Survey months ago. Kimaw is issuing a second survey to collect data that can be used locally for an Elders Grant related to Emergency Preparedness and the COVID-19 Crisis. This survey will be mailed to local Elders to fill out. Identities will be kept confidential. Expect the survey in the mail, along with a stamped, pre-addressed envelope to return the survey.
