LPA for Amendments to the Procurement Policy Hearing
September 22, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The Hoopa Valley Tribal Council would like your comments on proposed Amendments to the Procurement Policy of the Hoopa Valley Tribe, being routed through the LPA process.
The proposed Amendments to the Procurement Policy were approved to be routed under the LPA Process on August 27th, by the Tribal Council and is set for final approval at a Regular Council Meeting Scheduled for October 1st.
There will be a Public Hearing on September 22nd at 5:30 pm. Should the Shelter in Place/Stay at Home Orders currently in effect not be lifted by that date then the Public Hearing will be held through tele-conference. If you would like to call-in to the Public Hearing, please contact Amber Turner, Executive Secretary at 625-4211, Ext. 393. Deadline for Comments will be September 23rd.
