LPA Public Hearing

The Hoopa Valley Tribal Council invites your comments on the proposed Charter of Incorporation for a Hoopa Valley Tribe Section 17 Corporation. A Public Hearing is today at, 5:30 PM at the Tribal Council Chambers in the Neighborhood Facilities Building.

The deadline for Public Comments is Friday, May 6th at 5:00 pm. Please route your comments, suggestions and recommended amendments to Amber Turner, the Executive Secretary at 625-4211, Ext. 393. You may also obtain a copy of the proposed Charter of Incorporation for a Hoopa Valley Tribe Section 17 Corporation from the Executive Secretary.
The final approval of this LPA will be at the Regular Council Meeting Scheduled for May 19th.
