Mass Vaccination Clinic

Kimaw Medical Center hosts a mass vaccination clinic on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th, FROM 2:00PM-5:00PM AT THE KIM YERTON MEMORIAL LIBRARY PARKING LOT ON LOOP RD. IN HOOPA.
Pfizer eligibility requirements: Must be 12 years of age or older and a registered KMC
patient. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Moderna eligibility requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and a registered KMC patient.
If you are not registered at KMC and you would like a vaccination, please call KMC’s
Benefits Department (extensions 0259 or 0221) for eligibility requirements and complete registration before the event.
Pfizer (two shots 21 days apart) will be available for ages 12 years and older and Moderna (two shots 28 days apart) will be available for age 18 years and older. We will not mix and match COVID-19 vaccinations (multiple vaccine types for an individual). Dose 2 for Moderna and Pfizer will be scheduled and given at KMC. You are required to be observed for 15 minutes after the vaccination. It is common to have side effects of fatigue, headache, soreness and other symptoms consistent with an immune system response (as if you were getting a cold or flu).
