Sovereigns Day 3
Today is the 38th Annual Soviegns Day Parade. !0:30 am to 12 noon. The main viewing area is Downtown Hoopa. Hoopa Tribal Radio KIDE-FM provides a live remote broadcast, hosted by KIDE Staff. Tune in locally on 91.3 FM or catch the live stream, kidefm.org.
The parade starts at Hoopa Elementary and goes to the Hostler Field Housing. Tribal Police and the Highway Patrol control the highway traffic. Expect delays, 10:30 am to 12 noon.
1:00 pm to 6:30 pm at Pookry’s Park is the Semi-final Softball Games
7:00 PM to 1:00 AM is the Lucky Bear Casino Dance, featuring Youth Gen Rise and Dr. Squid.
6:00 to 10:30 PM is the Youth Gathering at the Native American Family Services on Shoemaker Road.
