Substance Abuse Education Groups

TANF is offering Substance Abuse Education and Process Groups to TANF participants and the community. Groups are held today, 5:30 to 7:00 pm at 119 Hostler Field Housing in Hoopa.
Classes will be held in person. You will be required to provide a signed Release of Information form if on Probation, Parole or Child Protection Service, including ICWA or courts. And a signed Hoopa Valley Tribal Code of Conduct declaration and fill out a TANF Prevention Waiver and application form.
