Tribal Museums Day

The Association on American Indian Affairs (the Association) is excited to announce the second annual Tribal Museums.  This year, we have expanded our celebration to an entire week, through December 9th to make sure all Tribal Museums can participate – and so more of the public can participate, too!

Tribal Museums Day is a great way to bring more people through the door and change more hearts and minds about our diverse histories, cultures and lifeways. By creating special events and through this public marketing campaign, we re-educate the public (and our own People) about how our Nations stand as the primary authorities about our diverse histories, knowledge, cultures, lifeways and values. Be a part of this journey as we celebrate our diverse Native cultures together!
