This Friday’s speaker is Linnea Jackson, General Manager for the Hoopa Public Utilities District. She is sharing her work done to apply for a Broadband Project for the Hoopa Valley Community. This is a phase two part of the project that will connect the Hoopa Tribal Departments to broadband internet, as phase one installed fiber to 40 departments. Phase two runs cable for community access and links to existing broadband fiber systems to create redundant internet connections.
