Mission Statement:
Our Mission: The Mission of KIDE is to share the voices, thoughts and values of the
Hoopa Valley Tribe and our people. We share local, national and global programming
with our listeners to inform, entertain, and inspire a better quality of life. We
promote communication among people of diverse social, cultural, and political
backgrounds to create understanding.

The FCC awarded the KIDE Frequency to the Hoopa Valley Tribal membership 18 years of age and older. The over-18-year-old registered voting members elect the Council membership and the Chairperson of the Hoopa Valley Tribal Council. Each term is for two years. There are no term limits.
- Our Board of Directors
The Hoopa Valley Tribal Council is the official Board of Directors of KIDE-FM. Hoopa Tribal Radio, KIDE-FM is an entity of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. The Tribal Council meets in regular sessions on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Periodically KIDE is a Business Item on the Council agenda. Please see the Community Calendar of Events for the dates, times and the agenda of the called meetings.

We are located in downtown Hoopa, behind the post office. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can listen to us online at https://www.kidefm.org
