Native America Calling

This is the time of year when new college students might start considering whether school is worth all the trouble. Classes can be stressful, especially for those who are experiencing college for the first time. How should parents or family members respond when a student wants to drop out of college? What can colleges do to encourage their Native students to stay?
Native America Calling is a national call-in program that invites guests and listeners to join a dialogue about current events, music, arts, entertainment and culture.
The program is hosted by Tara Gatewood (Isleta Pueblo) and airs live each weekday from 1-2 pm Eastern.
